    Domestic Shipping (Malaysia): Standard local shipping (2–5 business days). Flat rate shipping applied at checkout.

    We offer a one-time, 7-day return service for your very first order. This offer is limited to one return per customer.

    Return Conditions:
    To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

    Item Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all YERA tags still attached.

    Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original YERA box or packaging.

    Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping fees (a standard flat rate of RM20 applies for return and exchange delivery, unless due to a product defect).
