YERA GLOBAL offers a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original, resalable condition. This means:
• Tags: All original brand tags and labels must be attached and intact.
• Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Hygiene & Care: The item must be free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) and visible stains (makeup, deodorant, or pet hair).
• Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@yera.co. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on:
• Personal Items: Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
• Final Sale: Sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
