What is your return policy?
We want you to be confident in your choice. We offer a one-time, 7-day "no reason" return service from the date you receive your order.
Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased are final sale.
What if the size doesn't fit? Can I exchange?
Finding your perfect fit is everything. Our 7-day return policy covers you. You can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. Please see our return conditions below.
What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
1. The item is unworn, unwashed, and the original hang tag is still attached.
2. The item must be in its original packaging.
3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. (In Japan, you can use services like Yamato or Japan Post).

What is the fabric's technology?
We use a premium, high-performance fabric crafted with Korean technology, including CREORA® spandex. This provides exceptional four-way stretch, recovery, and breathability. It is also KOTITI certified as non-toxic and durable.

KOTITI (Korea Textile Technology Institute) is a leading state-authorized research institute in South Korea with over 60 years of history. As a global authority, it tests textile quality, safety, and performance to ensure products meet the highest international standards.
Why does YERA prioritize KOTITI testing?
To uphold our commitment to "Japanese Sensibility x Korean Craftsmanship," we rely on KOTITI’s objective third-party verification. YERA's products have officially passed KOTITI’s comprehensive safety and quality assessments with a "Pass" rating.
What specific tests are conducted on YERA products?
Our garments undergo a rigorous battery of tests, including: Safety (certified "Not Detected" for harmful substances like Formaldehyde and Arylamines), Durability (proven high resistance to color bleeding and pilling), and Performance (certified UPF 50+ for maximum UV protection).
How does this benefit the customer?
You are guaranteed ultimate skin protection (blocking over 99.9% of UV rays) and a garment that maintains its fit even after repeated washing. It ensures our apparel is safe for sensitive skin and durable for an active lifestyle.
How should I wash my YERA apparel?
