  • Shipping Information

    Order Processing: Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

    Shipping in Japan: Standard (2-4 business days): ¥800. Free for orders over ¥10,000.

    International Shipping (Malaysia, Singapore & beyond): Standard International (7-14 business days): We offer a flat rate for shipping to Malaysia & Singapore. Rates for other countries will be calculated at checkout.

    Please note: As an international customer, you are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

    Your first purchase includes our First-Piece Promise —our commitment to a completely worry-free experience.

    We offer a one-time, 7-day return service for your very first order. This offer is limited to one return per customer.

    Return Conditions:
    To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
    Item Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all YERA tags still attached.

    Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original YERA box or packaging.

    Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. (We recommend using a traceable service like Yamato or Japan Post).
