If your first order includes multiple items (e.g., two items), this Worry-Free Return promise applies to one of those items.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

Item Condition: The item must be in its original, unwashed condition with all YERA tags still attached. Trying the item on indoors is fine, but it must be free of any stains, damage, or wear.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original YERA box or packaging.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost (e.g., via Yamato or Japan Post).

This offer is limited to your first YERA purchase, one time per customer.

How to Start Your First Return

1. Within 7 days of receiving your item, contact our team via LINE, Instagram, or Email.
2. Provide your Order Number and let us know the item's condition.
3. We will provide you with the return address (domestic Japan) and any instructions for the review rebate.
4. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item.
